Biscoff Stuffed Cookies

These cookies are stuffed with a full teaspoon of Biscoff and studded with white chocolate chips. They’re great cold, but even better when they’re still warm and gooey inside.

Igredients needed

Start by freezing spoons of biscoff.

Place butter and sugars in a bowl and beat well till light and creamy.

Add eggs and vanilla and beat till combined.

Add in dry ingredients and beat until the mixture comes together.

Roll into balls. Place frozen biscoff ball into each cookie dough all and roll inside. Place in the fridge then bake.
