About

Just a muslim mummy food blogger :) watch this space, more to come! below.

As Salaamu Alaikum (peace be upon you),

My name is Faaiza, I’m wife to Abdullah (Mr munchies), mum to my son (cookie monster) and daughter (cupcake). I was born in South African (of Indian heritage) and after being here for almost half my life I now call Australia home (Brisbane to be exact).

With the push of my husband I started this blog and as slow as it was in the beginning it has become very dear to my heart . This blog is a place where I can share my recipes, as well as have a place to store them all, recipe books are so old school, its sort of like my own virtual cookbook. It is also a place where I can share my ideas for everything mum related. This blog was a way for me to keep my mind busy away from being a stay at home mum and now it inspires me to be better at my role. You’ll find baking and cooking recipes on my blog as well as some mummy related stuff, crafts, activities, home organisation tips and more…

When I’m not blogging or in the kitchen, you’ll find me doing laundry hanging out with Mr Munchies and the cookie monster, with cupcake in tow.

Faaiza

Do you have anything that explains what eid is to attach to gifts given to non Muslim neighbours. Like the the one you had explaining Ramadhaan
